Yes, you can return any item within 30 days of purchase. The item must have the original package and tags. If it has been washed, worn, or damaged, it can’t be returned.
CHICWISH will provide a return shipping label to U.S. customers. $8 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of shipping. Customers can also purchase their shipping label.
Yes, if your order hasn’t shipped, you can cancel the order.
Once CHICWISH has shipped your order, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can expect your item to ship 3-5 days after placing your order. Orders are not shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
Before you place your order, you’ll be given shipping options. Each option will display the price and the estimated delivery time. Keep in mind this is an estimate and not a guaranteed date of delivery.
The shipping time for CHICWISH is usually 8-12 days. This doesn’t count processing time, which takes 3-5 days.
CHICWISH offers three payment options. You can pay with a credit card, including Visa(Debit/Credit), MasterCard, JCB, or American Express. To pay with your credit card, you’ll enter your payment details, including your card number and expiration date.
You may also pay with PayPal. If you choose this option, you’ll be redirected to PayPal to sign in and approve the transaction.
Lastly, you can choose Afterpay. Afterpay allows you to pay for your purchase in four biweekly installments. There’s no interest or fees if you make your payments on time. Afterpay is currently available to U.S. customers only.
